Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 44db ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing https://44db.io, creating an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 44db, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other offered sports), live casino tables, slot games, card games, and any promotional or bonus product offered to players at any time.

If you are using the platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms. 44db operates exclusively in English; all communications between the platform and account holders, including support interactions, account notifications, and this document, are conducted in English.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 44db Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to and use of 44db is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of platform use.
2. You are accessing the platform from Bangladesh or from any other jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of 44db or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
4. You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party for the purpose of placing bets or accessing casino games on their behalf.
5. You do not have a pre-existing self-exclusion order in place on the 44db platform that prohibits your access.
6. You are of sound mind and are voluntarily choosing to engage in gambling activities for entertainment purposes.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 44db. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account on 44db, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and a secure password of your own choosing. You agree not to use a pseudonym, false name, or any other person's personal details when registering.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. 44db will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

44db operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully verified and before withdrawal requests are processed:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or bank account registered in your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document alongside a handwritten note with the date

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 44db may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure. Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with the 44db Privacy Policy.

Deposits and Withdrawals

44db processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Players are not subject to currency conversion fees. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 44db wallet balance in real time or within a maximum of five (5) minutes, subject to the processing times of the respective mobile financial service or bank.
• 44db does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges.
• You may only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 44db reserves the right to apply transaction limits, impose additional verification steps, or decline deposit requests at its sole discretion, including in cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, subject to the platform's anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Verified accounts typically receive withdrawal credits within fifteen (15) minutes via bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, all active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be met in full.
• 44db reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual activity patterns are detected.

Bonuses and Promotions

44db offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing account holders. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prizes are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is made available to players.

The following general bonus terms apply to all 44db promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to your bonus wallet balance, which is separate from your real-money balance.
• A wagering requirement (rollover) must be completed before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds have an expiry date. Any unmet wagering requirements and remaining bonus balance at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• 44db reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if it determines that the bonus has been abused, is being misused, or was issued in error.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 44db, whether on sports markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, football, kabaddi, and all other offered markets) or on casino games (including live casino tables, slot games, card games, and crash games), are subject to the following general rules.

• Bets are accepted only when a player has sufficient available real-money or eligible bonus balance in their account wallet.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where in-play cash-out functionality is explicitly offered for that specific market.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, game result, or any other system error, 44db reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. A manifest error is an obvious and unintended mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated at the odds displayed and confirmed at the time the bet is accepted. Live in-play odds are subject to change until the bet is formally accepted by the platform.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or by real-time live dealer dealing, depending on the game type. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.
• Collusion, use of bots or automated betting software, and any attempt to exploit software bugs or game vulnerabilities are prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Responsible Gaming

44db is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all account holders. The platform offers a suite of responsible gaming tools that players may activate at any time from their account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion for periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to five (5) years.

Players who choose to self-exclude from 44db may not open a new account or access the platform during the self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion order — including by registering a new account — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44db platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Opening or maintaining more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of fraud, theft, or other criminal activity.
• Using the platform in any manner intended to launder money or circumvent anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in place of genuine manual user action.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in any form, including in live casino games.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without their consent.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play to exploit promotional offers.
• Placing bets on events whose outcomes are known prior to the bet being placed ("past posting").
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 44db staff or other players via any communication channel.

Account Suspension and Closure

44db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or where continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, the security of other players, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account — including real-money balance, bonus balance, and pending winnings — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for any other reason at the initiative of the player, 44db will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of real-money funds within the standard withdrawal timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 44db support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not preclude the possibility of the player opening a new account in the future, provided the closure was not made in connection with a self-exclusion request, in which case the self-exclusion terms govern.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 44db platform — including but not limited to the 44db name, logo, brand identity, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 44db or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 44db platform without prior written consent from the Company.

Game content provided on the platform by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44db and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including losses arising from gambling outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays, or unauthorised account access.

44db does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and events outside the Company's reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time. 44db will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly following any disruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 44db's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

44db collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the 44db Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains in detail what personal data is collected, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and what rights you have in relation to your personal data.

44db implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and employs industry-standard security protocols to protect player data from unauthorised access. The platform does not store full payment card details on its servers. All payment data is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.

Player data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with identity verification partners, payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or platform compliance obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

44db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date the revised Terms came into force.
